Section 08.18.35.02 - Exceptions

This chapter does not apply to:

A. Upon prior approval of the event by the Lake manager, the following activities:

(1) Vessels engaged in a professional exhibition;

(2) Regattas;

(3) Boat races;

(4) Marine parades; and

(5) Tournaments or exhibitions;

B. Law enforcement vessels; and

C. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or its agency vessels.
