The Upper Wicomico River encompasses the area upstream of a line beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 38º 21.028' N., Long. 75º 37.282' W., then running 145º (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38º 20.958' N., Long. 75º 37.220' W., and running to the head of the river, including all tributaries. This area has a 6-knot speed limit all year.
