Section 08.18.14.02 - Martin Lagoon and Cow Pen Creek

Martin Lagoon and Cow Pen Creek encompass all of the waters of Middle River north of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 39° 19.382' N., Long. 76° 25.783' W., then running 48° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 39° 19.443' N., Long. 76° 25.695' W.
