Section 08.18.12.04 - Janes Island State Park Water Trails

A. All of the waters of the Blue Trail south of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 0.653' N., Long. 75° 51.628' W., then running 165° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 0.615' N., Long. 75° 51.615' W., and north of a line beginning at a point, at or near Lat. 38° 0.053' N., Long. 75° 51.608' W., then running 249° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 0.033' N., Long. 75° 51.675' W. Personal watercraft (PWC) may not operate in excess of idle speed in this area all year.

B. All of the waters of the Black Trail north of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 37° 59.892' N., Long. 75° 52.175' W., then running 340° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 37° 59.913' N., Long. 75° 52.185' W., and south of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 0.712' N., Long. 75° 52.197' W., then running 122° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 0.683' N., Long. 75° 52.140' W. Personal watercraft (PWC) may not operate in excess of idle speed in this area all year.

C. All of the waters of the Red Trail north of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 1.087' N., Long. 75° 51.997' W., then running 148° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 1.048' N., Long. 75° 51.967' W., and south of a line beginning at a point at or near Lat. 38° 1.460' N., Long. 75° 51.073' W., then running 14° (True) to a point, at or near Lat. 38° 1.507' N., Long. 75° 51.058' W. Personal watercraft (PWC) may not operate in excess of idle speed in this area all year.
