Section 08.09.01.03 - Allowable Activities or Uses in the Beach Erosion Control District

A. The Department and the Worcester County Soil Conservation District may approve activities or uses under Regulation .02 of this chapter solely for the purposes of beach erosion control and sediment control in the beach erosion control district.

B. Approval of an activity or use under § A of this regulation does not relieve the user from the requirement to comply with applicable federal, State, or local laws.
