Section 08.07.06.08 - Camping

A. An individual may establish a camp or occupy a cabin in a State park, if a permit is obtained from the Service. The use of the camp or cabin is limited to the:

(1) Area;

(2) Number of individuals specified; and

(3) Period specified in the permit.

B. A permit may be revoked by a park official.
