Section 08.07.01.12 - Refuse and Rubbish

A. Except in containers provided by the Service, an individual may not deposit garbage, sewage, waste, foodstuffs, paper, or other litter in a State forest.

B. An individual may not deposit in Service-provided containers garbage, sewage, foodstuffs, paper, or other litter originating from a private residence, commercial business, or other source outside of State forest boundaries.
