Section 08.07.01.09 - Commercial Enterprise

A. An individual may not use the property or resources of a State forest for commercial gain without obtaining a permit from the Service. Permits may be issued by the Director.

B. Unless a permit is obtained from the Service, an individual may not sell, hire, or lease an object of merchandise, or a vessel or vehicle designed or used for the transportation of passengers or property.
