Section 08.03.15.17 - Existing Wildlife Control Cooperator Permit HoldersA. A wildlife control cooperator permit issued to a person providing wildlife damage control services before the effective date of this regulation remains valid until the stated expiration date.B. A person that has a wildlife control cooperator permit and provides wildlife damage control services as of the effective date of this chapter shall meet the test requirements by January 1, 2009, to be permitted as a wildlife damage control operator.Md.
