Section 08.03.10.13 - Hunter Identification

An individual, while hunting or attempting to hunt, shall carry on the individual's person a photo identification, or a secondary form of positive identification, in addition to any license that is required by Natural Resources Article, § 10-301, Annotated Code of Maryland. Upon demand, the individual shall exhibit the identification to:

A. The Natural Resources Police;

B. Any law enforcement officer;

C. The landowner on whose property the individual is hunting; or

D. The representative of the landowner on whose property the individual is hunting.
