Section 08.03.07.01 - Trapping Wild Waterfowl

A person may not construct, maintain, or operate, or assist in the construction, maintenance, or operation of any trap or snare of any description for the taking of wild waterfowl in this State.

Regulations .01 were previously codified as were previously codified as under COMAR 08.03.01 Wildlife Conservation. This recodification was effective June 3, 1985 (12:11 Md. R. 1047)
