Section 08.03.02.17 - Geocaching

On Service controlled lands and waters a person may not place a cache for the purpose of geocaching without a use permit from the Service.

Regulations .17 were previously codified as Regulations .57, .58, .11, .01, .23, .29, .33, .36, .37, .38, .39, .41, .42, .47, .49, .50, .53, .59, .60, .61, .62, and .35, respectively, under COMAR 08.03.01 Wildlife Conservation. This recodification was effective June 3, 1985 (12:11 Md. R. 1047); adopted effective 43:5 Md. R. 384, eff.3/14/2016
