Section 08.03.02.07 - Fires

A. On Service controlled lands a person may not:

(1) Ignite;

(2) Cause to be ignited; or

(3) Maintain afire except in designated camping sites or by a use permit from the Service.

B. Violation of any provision or restriction of the permit shall constitute a violation of this regulation.
