Section 07.07.16.06 - When Licensing Authority is the Court of AppealsA. If an individual meets the criteria specified in Regulation .03 of this chapter and holds a license issued by the Court of Appeals, the Administration may make a referral to the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland for proceedings in accordance with the Maryland Rules governing attorney discipline.B. At the recommendation of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, the Court of Appeals may suspend an individual's license or take other action against the individual as authorized by the Maryland Rules governing attorney discipline.Md.
