Section 07.07.14.01 - Child Support Enforcement Privatization Program

A. A child support enforcement privatization program may operate in Baltimore City.

B. The Secretary may contract with private companies to privatize any of the Department's child support enforcement functions, including:

(1) Locating absent parents;

(2) Establishing paternities;

(3) Establishing child support orders;

(4) Collecting and disbursing support payments; and

(5) Reviewing and modifying child support orders.
