Section 07.03.06.09 - Termination of the Mandatory State SupplementThe State supplement shall end the earlier of:
A. The month after the month of death; orB. The first month after the month in which the individual ceases to be an aged, blind, or disabled individual as defined in 20 CFR § 416.202.Md. Code Regs. 07.03.06.09
