Section 07.02.21.13 - Liability Insurance

A. The Administration shall provide liability insurance for treatment foster parents as outlined in COMAR 07.02.25.21B.

B. The child placement agency shall provide liability insurance as outlined in COMAR 07.02.13.04N(1) and (2).
