Section 07.02.15.11 - Appeals and Complaints of DiscriminationA. Appeal of the Local Department Decision. The local department shall give written notification of the right to and the procedures for, requesting and obtaining a fair hearing to each applicant or recipient of public assistance at the time of application, and whenever the local department notifies the applicant or recipient of any action which might deny, delay, suspend, reduce, or terminate assistance. The procedures are set in COMAR 07.01.04.B. Discrimination. The local department may not discriminate in the delivery of services as required by the nondiscrimination regulations in COMAR 07.01.03.Md. Code Regs. 07.02.15.11
