Section 05.06.03.07 - Premiums

Insurance fees for the Revitalization Program are as follows:

A. An initial premium of 2 percent of the initial loan balance; and

B. A renewal premium of:

(1) 0.65 percent of the initial loan balance for 9 annual renewals, and

(2) 0.325 percent annually from year 10 to maturity.
