Section 04.05.01.06 - Controlled Dangerous Substances and Alcoholic Beverages

A. The use of controlled dangerous substances, except as prescribed by physicians or permitted by law, is prohibited on the property.

B. An individual under the influence of alcohol or controlled dangerous substances may not be permitted on the property, or to operate a motor vehicle on the property.
