Section 01.04.03.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Crime victims' assistance program" means a local program providing direct services to victims of crime.

(2) "Office" means the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention.
