Section 01.02.06.01 - Income Eligibility Figures Applicable to Condominium Conversions in MarylandA. Pursuant to the provisions of the Real Property Article, § 11-137, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Corporations and Associations Article, § 5-6 B-07, income eligibility figures have been prepared to assist in the determination of "designated households" within the meaning of these sections.B. A county or incorporated municipality which is located within a Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (SMSA) may, by ordinance or resolution, adopt the income eligibility figure applicable to the county or to the SMSA.Md.
