Section 01.02.04.15 - ComplaintsA. Complaints alleging a violation of the Act or these regulations may be filed with the Secretary.B. A complaint shall: (2) State the name, address, and telephone number of the complaint;(3) State to the extent possible the nature of the alleged violation, the date of occurrence, and the name of each person involved;(4) Include to the extent possible any materials distributed by the alleged violator; and(5) Include any other information which the complaint believes useful to sustaining the complaint.Md.
