EXECUTIVE ORDER 01.01.1990.04 a

Air Pollution-Emission Controls

A. To the greatest extent possible, all State agencies with gasoline dispensing facilities shall install equipment to control emissions from the refueling of motor vehicles.

B. The Department of Environment, in cooperation with other State agencies, shall develop an implementation schedule for the retrofitting of State-owned gasoline dispensing facilities with Stage II vapor controls.

C. The Department of the Environment shall be responsible for monitoring compliance with this Order.

D. The Department of the Environment shall report to the Governor 30 days after the effective date of this Order and every 3 months thereafter on the implementation of this Order.
