Section 346-28-6 - Funding Formula

The funds shall be distributed to CAA's based on:

A. 20% of funds will be evenly distributed; and

B. 80% of the funds will be distributed based on the total number of households in poverty in each CAA's region, as updated from time to time by data sources including the U.S. Census.
