Subsection 351-5-1-05 - AUTHORIZATION1. Nothing in the Act or these rules requires the authorization of medical, surgical and hospital services, nursing, medicines, and mechanical, surgical aids provided pursuant to 39 A M.R.S.A. §206. 2.
