Chapter 312 - Distributed Generation Procurement

SUMMARY: This rule establishes the requirements for procurements and related measures for distributed generation.

EFFECTIVE DATE: This rule was approved as to form and legality by the Attorney General on December 23, 2019. It was filed with the Secretary of State on December 24, 2019 and became effective on 12/29/2019 filing 2019- 271.
