Section 407-290-11 - TRANSFER OF SERVICE TO ANOTHER LOCATIONA.No "applicant" status. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Rule, a customer who requests a transfer of basic service from one location to another with the same ETC, or who requests basic service at a new location within 30-days of ceasing prior basic service with the same ETC, may not be considered an "applicant" for basic service purposes.B.Transfer of existing account balance.
