Section 250-9-7 - Monitoring and Inspection by Secretary of State

The Secretary of State shall monitor, with or without notice, classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. A driver education school and driver education instructor must allow the Secretary of State access to facilities, vehicles and records necessary to monitor and inspect classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction.
