Every IRP registrant must update their Motor Carrier Census information as a part of the IRP renewal process. The Maine IRP Unit will print and mail each registrant's most recent MCS-150 form as part of the IRP renewal process. The registrant must review, correct if necessary, and sign the form and return it to the IRP Unit. Failure to verify the MCS-150 may result in denial of registration privileges.
