Based on the average per plate cost established in Section 2.0, the fee for the special legislative motorcycle plate shall be twenty-four dollars per plate. The special fee is a one time fee based on the production and issuance of the plate. This fee is in addition to the regular motorcycle registration fee which must be paid annually.
