Section 498-23-5 - Prohibition on Multiple Grant Awards

Eligible applicants for the Fund as defined in § 1(5) of this Rulemay not apply for, or benefit through a multi-jurisdictional application from more than one grant unless it is determined by the Department that there is insufficient interest in the program after the initial application due date.
