Section 498-22-13 - Waiver of Rule

The Department may waive any requirement of this rule, except to the extent that the requirement is mandated by the Act, in cases where deviation from the rule is insubstantial.

Any requests for waiver of the rule shall be made prior to the execution of a grant agreement.
