The respondent(s) shall be provided at least 30 days written notice of the hearing as provided by Maine Administrative Procedure Act, 5 M.R.S. §§9051et seq. The notice shall specify the nature and substance of such complaint and shall be served personally or by certified mail addressed to such pilot at his last and usual place of abode.
All hearings shall be adjudicatory proceedings held in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, 5 M.R.S. §§9051et seq.
