The following fees shall be charged by the Commissioner, and shall be payable by check or money order to the Commissioner of Public Safety at the time of application:
A. For the issuance of each original license as a polygraph examiner, $100B. For the biennial renewal of a license as a polygraph examiner, $50C. For the examination by the Commissioner to determine the competency of an applicant to be a polygraph examiner, $50D. For the issuance of an internship license, $100E. For the extension or renewal of an internship license, $25F. For the issuance of a duplicate polygraph examiner or internship license, upon satisfactory proof that the original has been lost or stolen, $516-219 C.M.R. ch. 51, § 7
