32 Any of the following are acceptable: Stair chair, army D-ring stretcher, ambulance folding stretcher, scoop stretcher,
33 9' Length, 2" wide with buckles. Quick-clip and other commercial straps are acceptable; however, at least three 9-foot straps are required.
34 Must have external continuous waveform end-tidal Carbon Dioxide monitoring.
