Section 197-4-4 - Eligibility and ReferralA. BMR determines eligibility of services based upon developmental delays (ages O.- 5) and/or formal evaluation leading to diagnosis of mental retardation.B. Each administrative unit determines eligibility (5 - 20) in accordance with PL 94-142 and 20 - A MRSA, Chapter 303.C.
