Section 193-7-D - IMPLEMENTATION OF APPEAL DECISION(1) Upon receipt of a certified copy of the decision, the licensed mental health professional to whom the copy was directed shall disclose such information as may be allowed by the decision, within the limits and by the means established by the decision.(2) The licensed mental health professional shall provide information to the client on how otherwise to effect the release of information with an authorization for release of information or other means of disclosing information and shall otherwise offer such professional services as the agency may have means to provide to resolve the disagreement that gave rise to the appeal.14- 193 C.M.R. ch. 7, § D
