Section 188-94-04 - Shellstock Time to Temperature Controls

Harvesters shall comply with the Model Ordinance requirements for time to temperature controls. From May 1 to September 30^th, harvesters must comply with Level 3 requirements. From October 1 to April 30, harvesters must comply with Level 2 requirements.
