Section 188-94-02 - DefinitionsIn addition to definitions contained in the "Definitions" section of the Model Ordinance, the following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meaning.
A.Buying station. A vehicle that is leased, owned or rented by the certified dealer and which is used to transport shellstock purchased at a location other than the dealer's permanent facility.B.Model Ordinance.
