Section 188-39-02 - Sturgeon Fishing - Closed Area

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to take, catch, or destroy any shortnose or Atlantic sturgeon from the coastal waters of Maine.

B. Possession

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess any short-nose or Atlantic sturgeon within the State of Maine
