Section 188-31-05 - Horseshoe Crabs - Permit and Reporting requirements

A. It is unlawful to take horseshoe crabs without a permit from the Commissioner. A permit may be obtained, without charge, upon request to the Department of Marine Resources, State House Station 21, Augusta, Maine 04333-0021.
