Section 188-27-03 - Sea Cucumber Endorsement and Reporting Regulations
A. Reporting required: See Chapter 8.20(B) Landings Program
B. Incidental Take; unlawful to land or sell.

It shall be unlawful to fish for or take sea cucumbers by any method unless the license holder is aboard the vessel in accordance with 12 M.R.S.A. §6801-A.

(1) Exception.

No violation of this regulation shall occur if the sea cucumber is immediately liberated alive.
