In the event that procedural issues arise that are not addressed by the State Board of Arbitration and Conciliation Statute, 26 M.R.S.A. section931et seq., or by the Uniform Arbitration Act,14 M.R.S.A. section5927 et seq., the Board will look to the Labor Arbitration Rules promulgated by the American Arbitration Association for guidance in resolving such questions.
