Section 148-30-8 - APPEALSA.Administrative Hearing.1. To appeal a Department decision regarding Overpayment or Underpayment, the Early Care and Education Program must request an Administrative Hearing from the Department within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the Department's written notice regarding the challenged Overpayment or Underpayment determination.2. The Office of Administrative Hearings shall notify the Program in writing of the date, time, and place of the hearing, and shall designate a hearing officer.3. The hearing shall be held in conformity with the Maine Administrative Procedure Act and the Administrative Hearings Regulations, 10-144 C.M.R. ch. 1.10-148 C.M.R. ch. 30, § 8
