Section 148-202-1 - Definitions

For purposes of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

A.Department means Department of Health & Human Services.

B.Child Protective Central Case Records Search means researching Department records to determine if a person has been substantiated as an abuser of a child.
