Section 148-19-18 - DISSOLUTION OF AGENCIESA. When a child placing agency makes the decision to cease operations, the agency shall provide for the following: 1 Legal transfer of surrender and release of any child in its custody.2 Appropriate transfer of responsibility for children in placement.3 Appropriate transfer or termination of services to all other clients.4 Storage of records with another licensed child placing agency within the state or the Department and for appropriate access to such records with notice to the Department.10-148 C.M.R. ch. 19, § 18
