Section 144-351-7-11 - DEPARTMENT'S RULE FOR PROVISION OF INFORMATION NECESSARY TO APPLY THE SUPPORT GUIDELINES PURSUANT TO 19-A M.R.S.A. section 2004(2)

Information necessary to apply the support guidelines (see 19-A M.R.S.A. §2004 [2]) shall be provided by the parties in accordance with existing practice and as permitted or as required by Departmental rule, as in effect on April 16, 1990 and as thereafter and hereafter amended.
