A licensee shall maintain a record of safety instructions required by G.310, G.410, and the operational and safety instruments required by G.610 for three years. The record must include a list of the topics covered, the date of the instruction, the name(s) of the attendee(s), and the name(s) of the individual(s) who provided the instruction
