Section 144-220-G-A-10 - ImplementationA. A licensee shall implement the provisions in this Part on the effective date of these rules.B. When a requirement in Part G differs from the requirement in an existing license condition, the requirement in this Part shall govern.C. Any existing license condition that is not affected by a requirement in Part G remains in effect until there is a license amendment or renewal.D. If a license condition exempted a licensee from a provision in Part G on June 1, 2003, it will continue to exempt a licensee from the corresponding provision in Part G.E. If a license condition cites provisions in Part G that will be deleted on the effective date of these rules, then the license condition remains in effect until other is a license amendment or license renewal that modifies or removes the condition.F. A licensee shall continue to comply with any license condition that requires it to implement procedures required by G.610, G.642, G.643, and G.645 until there is a license amendment or renewal that modifies the license condition.10-144 C.M.R. ch. 220, § G-A-10
